  • It took a long process to get to where I want.

My personal journey of transformation started with a temporary job as an Administrative Assistant at a non-profit organization when I first arrived in the US as a new immigrant in 2001. Even though I started at the minimum wage, I proved my worth and was hired full-time as a permanent AA within three months. My background in computer technology soon landed me the position of website project manager.

In the years that followed, I held various administrative positions in a real estate investment institution and a food distribution company, showcasing my adaptability to different work environments. However, the 2009 real estate collapse led to my layoff, and I decided to take on the role of a stay-at-home mom while also working part-time as an administrative assistant. It wasn't until 2013 that I returned to the workforce, again as an Administrative Assistant at a non-profit organization. Later that year, I accepted an executive assistant position at a prominent financial institution, where I was ultimately promoted to Senior Executive Assistant.

My extensive education has been crucial to my professional development. I attended prestigious schools in the Philippines before shifting my studies to Human Resources Management at the College of St. Benilde. In the US, I pursued certifications in E-Learning Design and Human Resources Management from NYU and Bergen Community College, respectively. I also enrolled in a graduate certificate program in Project Management from Northeastern University and obtained a certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU.
